新學期開始，老師宣布要選出一位新班長！糖串串同學和上一屆班長都舉手表示要參選，兩人也都提出許多有趣的政見。尤其，糖串串同學提出的許多「政見」都讓班上同學相當開心，例如：不用打掃等等。閻小妹更自告奮勇表示要當糖串串的助選員。不料，閰小妹透過分給班上同學許多糖葫蘆，來幫糖串串賄選，糖串串同學更表示未來會請大家吃更多零食！

政見發表當天，上一屆班長表示會更誠心、務實的為大家服務，但同學們都不為所動。糖串串一上台，就提出不必打掃以及一周放假七天的政見，同學們聽了都相當開心，結果由糖串串當選了新班長。

當選班長後的糖串串，不久政見開始落實，卻開始讓班上秩序和整潔變得一團糟…。之後糖串串更宣布要開始一周放七天的假，不過同學們紛紛被家長趕回學校上課，還得面對一團亂的教室。尤於糖串串處於放七天假的狀態下一直沒有來上課，於是老師宣布補選一位新班長。

在大家的投票下，決定由上一屆班長來擔任新班長，班上又恢復了以往整潔清爽的樣子。閻小妹懊惱且反省自己當初替糖串串賄選的行為，同學們也後悔讓糖串串當選班長，導致大家都一同承擔接受賄選的結果。

It’s time to elect a new class president at the Pearl Kingdom Elementary School! The class president must represent the students of the class. Disco and Chuanchuan are both trying to run for the position. As the teacher tells Disco and Chuanchuan to prepare their campaigns, Chuanchuan begins to promise more and more outrageous things to gain the support of the students, eventually enlisting the help of Yameme to give out sweets to students to gather more support for Chuanchuan.

When Chuanchuan eventually wins the election, her inability to lead properly and her bad decision making leads to disastrous results. The class must then learn the importance of responsibility and importance of choosing a proper leader.

　豬議員為了尋求大家的支持，好讓他連任議員，更請了助選員大雞等人在街上幫忙發放文宣，同時邊發邊賄選。大雞樁腳偷偷拿了一些錢，要給有影響力的糖老闆，希望他可以把票投給豬議員。當時在糖老闆家的閻小妹等人，發現了這件事，就幫忙把這賄選的錢還給大雞，讓他賄賂不成。

　民眾們對於豬議員平日的評價並不好，但不清楚為什麼豬議員要一直參選。而豬議員趁職務之便，偷偷跟道路施工廠商勾結收賄，導致施工品質不佳。這天豬議員的助選員大雞找上了閰小妹的好友－班長的爺爺及奶奶，說服他們收下錢，班長知道後告訴爺爺和奶奶拿錢投票是一件羞恥的事，還會被抓去關。情急之下，班長找來了閻小妹跟迪米歐幫忙想辦法。

　迪米歐提議可以告知同學們接受買票是觸法的行為，請同學們告訴家長們不要賣票。同學小栗回到家，發現大雞正在向父母買票，她告訴父母拒絕賄選，但沒想到大雞竟大發雷霆，小栗馬上找來閻小妹幫忙，迪米歐則負責報警。最後豬議員、大雞都因涉嫌買票、恐嚇並收受廠商賄賂，遭到警察逮捕；民眾也紛紛退回拿的賄選禮物，恢復了乾淨的選舉環境。

　Senator Pig is running for office and he’s having his lackey go around bribing and buying votes. His supporters are using the greed of some citizens in order to trick them into voting for Senator Pig. Not only that, but his lackey also uses his wily language to confuse and trick the old grandparents of Disco into accepting bribery money. Not content with buying votes, Senator Pig and his lackey go even further in giving many gifts and improper parties to solicit and raise votes. They also use violence and underhanded tactics to scare people into giving them more votes.

　Alarmed, Yameme and Demio try to think of ways to help Disco’s grandparents and to put a stop to Senator Pig’s dirty campaign. Using their quick thinking, Yameme and Demio find a way to put a stop to Senator Pig’s corruption with the help of all their friends.

　閻小妹和狄米歐坐飛機前往珍珠國，要找迪米歐當國王的表哥迪斯可。沒想到一到珍珠國，便看到許多貪腐的現象：海關要民眾掏錢才能通關；警察向司機收過路費；就連議員也不守法、為所欲為；甚至連醫生都要收紅包，才願意幫病人看病…。

　見到迪斯可後，迪斯可帶著閰小妹一行人參觀王國，沿途發現法官因為收錢而判決不公、人們受傷要先給錢才能搭救護車、洽公要先給小費、消防員要收錢才肯救人。種種貪污風氣讓迪斯可看在眼裡，非常難過。

　集合眾人的意見後，大家決定成立珍珠國反貪腐聯盟，透過在議會設立免費反貪腐call in專線，來接受陳情，一開始大家並不相信，但後來發現果然有效。聽了民眾發出的聲音，也一一改變了原本不願意守法的官員們。在民眾勇於檢舉的行為並警察們盡力緝拿的狀況，珍珠國改變了！變成了一個貪污風氣不再盛行，人民安居樂業的美麗國家。

　Yameme and Demio visit Pearl Kingdom, where Demio’s cousin Disco was just elected King. Upon entering the country, the two witness custom officials taking bribes and a corrupt police officer’s illegal actions. As if that wasn’t enough, Yameme and Demio learn that the politicians and police are corrupt and are in the pocket of wealthy, powerful individuals. Even the hospitals, courts, and basic government services are extremely corrupt.

　Upon meeting King Disco, Yameme and Demio listen to the King’s plight. Disco explains to them that the government is so corrupt; it’s hard for him to do anything. Yameme and Demio refuse to let things slide, but how can they change the government and combat rampant corruption?
